NIMPAL celebrates 11th foundation day

Imphal, May 10 2025: Nongchup Imphal Palem Ima Apunba Lup (NIMPAL) celebrated its 11th foundation day at Loktak Hall of the Manipur Press Club on Saturday.

The function was attended by NIMPAL president Th Ibeyaima, All Manipur Women Social Reformation and Development Samaj president Th Ramani, Apunba Manipur Kanba Ima Lup advisor Kh Anandi, president N Nganbi, Nongpok Leingak Apunba Nupi Lup president Y Mema, Tammi-Chingmi president Y Momon, and ANNUL president L Pramo as presidium members.

In her speech, NIMPAL president Th Ibeyaima said that the women of Manipur have always been at the forefront of saving the state and will continue to do so in the future.

She added that the state is currently in need of a leader who would stand up for the people, while stressing the need for everyone to work together to protect and save the state.

S Shanti Leima recounted the origins of NIMPAL and highlighted the various contributions and achievements of the organisation.

Floral tributes were offered to the portraits of deceased members and office bearers of NIMPAL .
