Ex-MP donates ambulance to IRCS unit

Thoubal, May 18 2025: Former union minister of state for external affairs and education Dr RK Ranjan has donated an ambulance to Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Thoubal district branch.

In acknowledgement of the noble gesture of the former parliamentarian, the IRCS unit organised a programme at Chaoyaima Higher Secondary School ground, Thoubal on Saturday, wherein secretary K Sadananda expressed appreciation, stating that the ambulance procured through the MP Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS) Fund for the year 2023-24, would enhance the branch's ability to respond effectively to emergencies and provide essential services to the public.

The ambulance was handed over to the IRCS branch on May 9 .
