Imphal, June 16 2025: Television and Cine Foundation, Manipur (TC Foundation Manipur) elected its new executive committee during the general body meeting held on Sunday at the Preview Theatre of the Manipur State Film Development Society (MSFDS), Palace Compound.

Renowned filmmaker Haobam Paban Kumar was elected as the new president, following the formal dissolution of the previous executive body by outgoing president Bobby Wahengbam.

The election process was overseen by Khangembam Kulshor, who served as the returning officer.

The new executive team include Romi Meitei as vice president, Borun Thokchom as general secretary, Sonia Nepram and Tushar Nongthombam as joint secretaries, and Aribam Bishwajit as treasurer.

The foundation also announced the appointment of Ashok Veilou, Manas Maisnam, Ksh Meghachandra, Sandeep Soubam, and Jhosmine Nambam as executive members while Khangembam Kuleshwor and Doren Loitongbam would be advisors, with two more advisors to be nominated by the newly-elected office bearers.
