NSUI organises 'Hum Badlenge' meet

Imphal, August 06 2025:
Manipur unit of National Students' Union of India (NSUI) on Wednesday organised a meeting at Congress Bhawan, here, as part of the ongoing 'Hum Badlenge' initiative, aimed at empowering student voices and shaping the future of the nation through proactive youth leadership.
The programme was attended by Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) general secretary S Jeeten Singh, Legal Cell chairman advocate S Shyamcharan Singh, secretary & NSUI in-charge P Bankimchandra Meitei, MPYCC president Wahengbam Anand Singh, NSUI Manipur president Joy son Khoho, vice president Rapanlung Kamei and NSUI national secretary and Manipur in-charge Mohsin Khan as presidium members.
The session focused on reaffirming the commitment of NSUI towards protecting students' rights, promoting political awareness among the youth, and nurturing the next generation of leaders for nation-building.
A key highlight of the discussion was collective concern raised bn the implications of the New Education Policy (NEP) .
The programme concluded with a clarion call to the student communities to remain vigilant, united, and constructive in raising their voices through democratic means, ensuring that education remains a tool for empowerment and social justice.
