Imphal, July 06 2025: Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVS), in collaboration with Children Radio Listening Club (CRLC), Sega Road Khwairakpam Leikai, organised a one-day health awareness programme at the CRLC community hall on Sunday.

The event featured medical experts and professionals as resource persons, including RIMS Urology department former head Dr Sinam Rajendra, former chief medical officer of Thoubal Dr Ksh Manglem, and RIMS Dental College associate professor Dr Sinam Subhaschandra.

BVS regional president Prof M Premjit, and Prant secretary Sangita Patni also spoke on the occasion.

The programme focused on creating awareness about health and hygiene and offered participants an opportunity to interact directly with the doctors.

It was organised with an aim to strengthen community health awareness at the grassroots level.

Approximately 120 residents from the locality took part and benefitted from the initiative.
