Assam Rifles organises Tiranga Run for I-Day

Senapati, August 14 2025: As part of the celebrations of Independence Day, 2025, Assam Rifles organised a 'Tiranga Run for Independence Day' in Senapati district.

The event was participated by troops of AR as well as youth of Senapati district, showcasing the spirit of unity and patriotism.

The run covered a scenic route through the hills of Senapati, symbolising strength, endurance, and the march towards a stronger nation.

The initiative aims to promote national pride and community solidarity, while paying tribute to the sacrifices of India's freedom fighters.

The participation of 120 youths alongside the troops highlighted the strong bond between the security forces and the local community.

The event concluded with a message on the importance of Independence Day as a time to reflect on our hard-earned freedom and reaffirmed one's commitment to nation-building.
