Tengnoupal, July 10 2025: A one-day training programme for BLO and BLO supervisors under Tengnoupal (ST) assembly constituency electoral registration officer (ERO) was conducted at the Tengnoupal DC office conference hall on Thursday.

Addressing participants of the training programme, Muhanimad Asghar Arzad, who is additional deputy commissioner (Moreh) and Tengnoupal ERO, elaborated on the role and duties of officials in the electoral registration process as mandated by constitutional and statutory provisions to supervisors and BLOs.

He also noted issues and challenges faced in the process of registration and enrolment of new voters by BLOs and public.

The training programme was attended by Tengnoupal/Machi AERO and SDO/BDO Md Nazmul Huda Khan, SDCs, BLO supervisors and BLOs of Tengnoupal district.
