After elder sibling, kid brother cracks CA exam

Senapati, July 06 2025: A Kaiyikho Kayina Mao and A Losii Kayina Mao have created a record of sort by being state's the first male siblings Chattered Accountants (CA) after the younger brother passed the prestigious Chartered Accountancy Exam 2025, result of which came out on Sunday.

A Kaiyikho Kayina Mao (30) son of Adahe Mao and Riamjenliu Mao finally cracked the tough exam after his elder brother Losii Kayina scaled the exam some years back and is currently based in Imphal as CA .

They belong to Mao Naga community originally from Song Song but presently residing in Taphou, Senapati.

It was a huge relief for Kaiyikho when result of the Chartered Accountancy Exam 2025 came out on Sunday as he has been working hard for the exam since completing his Masters from Delhi School of Economics.

He completed graduation from Sri Ram College of Commerce under University of Delhi.

Expressing his happiness over the result, A Kaiyikho's father Adahe Mao (retired income tax officer) said that his son's determination and hard work led to his success.

He said that Kaiyikho plans to start his CA career in few months time.

Senapati district will soon have a total of four CAs, three from Mao community and one from Poumai Naga.
