CCIAN Forum reaches out to affected alumni

Kakching, June 06 2025: The current executive committee of the CCIAN Forum (1996-98) began distributing essential food supplies to alumni members affected by the floods on Friday.

On the first day, aid was provided to alumni residing in Khurai and Thambalkhong areas.

A total of 13 alumni members of the Forum have been impacted by the floods.

This initiative has been undertaken under the noble motto, "A friend in need is a friend indeed" .

The relief effort is made possible through generous contributions from members of the CCIAN Alumni.

The distributed supplies included rice, packaged drinking water, bleaching powder, mosquito repellent, candles, lentils (dal), edible oil, potatoes, and onions.

Distribution efforts will continue on Saturday.
