Imphal, July 13 2025: A nine-day Thang-Ta workshop organised by Manipur State Kala Akademi at Wangkhei High School concluded oh Saturday with the valedictory programme attended by Manipur State Kala Akademi awardee Kakchingtabam Sanathoiba Sharma.

(Padmashri) as chief guest and Education (S) additional director (valley) Bisheshwar Khumukcham as functional president.

In his speech, Sanathoiba stressed the need for teaching the indigenous martial arts form to young students, expressing that learning the art form would help in instilling sense of patriotic spirit amongst the younger generation.

All 60 student participants of the workshop were presented with certificates during the function.
