Raj Medicity observes International Nurses Day

Imphal, May 12 2025: Raj Medicity on Mon day observed International Nurses Day, 2025 under the global theme: "Our Nurses, Our Future: The Economic Power of Care" .

In a release, Raj Medicity Hospital Public Relations Office informed that the celebration commenced with a lamp lighting ceremony and floral tribute to Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing.

In their addresses, Raj Medicity managing director Haobijam Rajen Singh emphasised the indispensable role of nurses in shaping resilient health systems as Dr Ng Narendra highlighted the value of on-going training and professional growth for nurses, ensuring high standards of care and patient satisfaction and Dr A Ibotombi Sharma praised the tireless service of nursing staff, especially during challenging times such as pandemics and emergencies.
