Organ Donation Day observed

Imphal, August 05 2025: All Manipur Kidney Transplant Patients' Welfare Association and Horizon Hospital & Research Institute observed National Organ Donation Day-2025 at the hospital's conference hall on Tuesday.

In a release, the Welfare Association informed that the observance was attended by Institute's managing director Dr Yambem Yaima Singh, Max Hospital uro-oncology and Kidney transplant director Dr Mrinal Pahwa, Max Healthcare transplant programme manager Manesh Kumar Mamgoin and Max Hospital, Dwarka consultant nephrology Dr Shailendra Kumar Singh as presidium members.

In his brief address, Dr Yambem Yaima appealed to the public to donate organs and give new life to others in need.
