IRCS, Kakching distributes hygiene kits

Kakching, August 19 2025: Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Kakching District Branch distributed hygiene kits at four child care institutions and an old age home in the district on Tuesday in connection with World Humanitarian Day.

The hygiene kits were handed over by IRCS, Kakching chairman Dr Mayanglambam Rajkumar, vice chairman Naorem Debendra, secretary in-charge Naorem Jiten, Youth Red Cross & Junior Red Cross coordinator/Child Welfare Committee, Kakching member Kshetrimayum Surjit and IRCS life members to residents of BDS Children Home for Girls, Keirak; Morning Star Children Home for Boys, Keirak; Kulla and Ibellei Children Home for Girls, Pallel; HFAO-Thambal Children Home for Girls, Arong Khunou; and to elders at Senior Citizen Home for Older Women, Thongjao.
