HSLC compartmental, special exam results declared

Imphal, July 15 2025: Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) on Tuesday declared the results of the HSLC compartmental and special examinations at the BOSEM auditorium, Babupara.

Out of 2,630 students enrolled for the HSLC Compartmental Examination, 2,614 appeared and 2,579 cleared the exam, recording a pass percentage of 98.66.Among the successful candidates, 1,238 are boys and 1,341 girls.

For the HSLC Special Examination, 30 students were enrolled, and 33 appeared (including additional candidates), with 32 passing.

The pass percentage for the special exam stood at 97.06 percent.

A total of 1,126 students from government schools appeared in both the examinations, with 1,106 passing.

From aided schools, 73 students appeared and 70 passed.

Additionally, 1,436 students from private schools appeared for the exams.

Since 2004, BoSEM has been issuing overall mark sheets and certificates to students who appear for the HSLC compartmental exams.

The original certificates and mark sheets for this year's successful candidates will be available for collection from July 21 onwards.

School authorities can collect them from the BOSEM office, Students who did not clear the compartmental or special examination will be eligible to reappear in the 2025 HSLC Examination as external candidates.

They will not be permitted to re-enrol as regular students.

The result declaration function was attended by BOSEM chairman Akham Joykumar, secretary S Jitelal Sharma and Controller of Examinations Ayam Thoi Singh as the chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.
