Kakching, May 12 2025: Jivan Hospital, Kakching and its unit - Yengkhom Netramani College of Nursing (YNCON), Kakching celebrated the 2O5th birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale at the auditorium of the hospital on Monday.

Field under the theme "Our Nurses, Our Future: Caring for Nurses Strengthens Economies," the function was attended by Jivan Hospital MD Dr Yengkhom Ashok Kumar Singh, medical superintendent Dr N Jivanlata and YN College of Nursing principal professor G Martina.

Speakers at the event acknowledged the vital role of nurses in the healthcare system and stressed the need for their selfless dedication in patient care.

The function concluded with a cultural performance, including a dance recital presented by students of the college.
