Help Govt end conflict: MLA Ibomcha

BJP Manipur Pradesh spokesperson and Lamlai MLA Kh Ibomcha has urged the people to extend their support to the central government's efforts in ending the conflict.
He made the statement at the release of "Manipur amasung Kabo Lampak", a book penned by LM Sana, in a function held at Manipur Press Club here on Friday .
MLA Ibomcha explained that the situation in Manipur is still unpredictable, stressing the need for the communities to remain united and work collectively with the same goal of resolving all issues peacefully.
He mentioned that the central government is trying its best to help resolve the conflict in the state, and that the people need to extend their support to the government in its efforts.
"People need to keep aside all differences, and refrain from using internal disagreements to fuel external disputes".
Responding to posers on Congress' slew of accusations against the BJP, Ibomcha suggested that it is no longer the time to blame each other but for leading the people to the right direction and solving the present problems.
He also expressed optimism about the reinstatement of a popular government in the state soon.
The function was also attended by DMU ex-VC Prof Dr N Rajmohon as special guest and Dada Saheb Phalke Film Purashkar of India 2024-25 Dr RK Nayansana Devi as president, while DMU Prof Dr Saratchandra Longjam and advocate Nisa Begum were the guests of honour.
