Free medical camp benefits over 200 residents at Langathel

Thoubal, May 24 2026: A free medical camp was organised today at Panchayat Ghar, Langathel Kangjeibung, Thoubal district, providing healthcare services to a large number of residents.

The camp was jointly organised by Dr Pratita Charitable Trust in collaboration with UFO Satjal Academy, Langathel Branch and Iron Team, Langathel.

The initiative, held under the guidance of former Minister and chairman of the trust Moirangthem Hemanta, offered free consultation and treatment by a team of 21 medical staff.

Services were provided in skin (aesthetic), general medicine, gynaecology & obstetrics, as well as dental care.

Altogether 218 beneficiaries availed the medical services during the camp.

Free medicines were also distributed to patients as part of the initiative.
