Successful Agniveers feted; next test from Jun 30

Ten candidates of Bishnupur district, who recently completed their basic military training under the Agniveer scheme, were felicitated on Wednesday.
Hailing from diverse communities, the soldier aspirants were provided preparatory training and mentorship at multiple locations to help them appear in various phases of the recruitment rallies.
With sustained support and guidance, the youngsters successfully cleared all stages of the recruitment process in 2024, including the common entrance test (CET), physical and medical examinations.
During the felicitation ceremony, the dignitaries praised the Agniveers' grit and achievement, stating "their success is not only a personal accomplishment but also a source of inspiration for their communities and the state".
Meanwhile, the online computer-based written examination or the common entrance examination (CEE) for candidates who have registered for Agniveer recruitment would be conducted at select centres in Nagaland and Manipur from June 30 to July 10 .
The eligible candidates have been advised to report at the examination centre with colour printout of the admit card, minimum of 90 minutes before the scheduled exam.
Candidates, who had applied for two categories during online registration, will need to appear for two CEEs due to differing standards of the question papers and separate merit drawn for each category, said a release, adding that relevant details may be had through contact numbers 03862-249012 and 7628023484, or email: [email protected].
As per the release, the registration of online applications from unmarried male candidates for selection as Agniveers in various categories for recruiting year 2025-26 was carried out from March 12 to April 25 .
