Moirang, November 03 2025: Three Thang-Ta players from Keinou who brought laurels to Manipur at the 31st National Sub-Junior and Senior Thang-Ta Championship, 2025, held at the Manohar Parrikar Indoor Stadium, Goa, were felicitated today at a grand ceremony held at Ibudhou Loyalakpa Community Hall, Keinou.

The championship, organised by the Thang-Ta Sports Association of Goa under the initiative of the Thang-Ta Federation of India, saw the players excel by securing two gold medals and one silver.

Other participants from Keinou who took part in the State Thang-Ta Championship were also honoured during the function.

The felicitation programme was organised by the Keinou Thongkha Youth Club (KYC) and attended by club president A Kishankumar, secretary A Shivananda, and other office bearers of the organisation.

During the event, gold medallist N Krishnachand, Th Henthoiba, and the silver medallists were presented with Lengyan shawls and simple gifts as tokens of appreciation and encouragement for their remarkable achievements.
