Moirang College to host District-level Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament 2026

Moirang, February 21 2026: Moirang College is set to host the Bishnupur District-level edition of the Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament 2026 on February 28,2026.Moirang College in release said that the event aims to channel the perspectives of the district's youth on a pivotal moment in the nation's political history.

This year's parliament will deliberate on the theme: "50 Years of Emergency: Lessons for Indian Democracy" .

The session will provide a platform for young minds to engage with democratic processes, reflect on historical events, and articulate their vision for India's future.

All young citizens of Bishnupur District between the ages of 18 and 25 are encouraged to participate.

Interested individuals must register by contacting the Nodal Officer: K Kiranjit Singh, Head of Department of History, Moirang College, Phone Number: 7085556631.The last date of registration will be on February 26, until 4 pm .
