Imphal, September 22 2025: The Patriotic Writers Forum (PAWF), Manipur has announced the recipients of its annual Lamyanba Irawat Memorial Lifetime AchievementAward.

The Lifetime Achievement Award for the year 2025 will be presented to social activists Thangjam Irabot Singh and Laitonjam Akham from Hojai, Assam and eminent writer Yaiskul Khwairakpam from Awang Sekmai Makha Leikai.

The award carries a cash incentive of Rs 5000, citation, shawl and a memento.

The award will be presented during the 129th birth anniversary observance of Lamyanba Irawat scheduled to be held at Nandapur, Hojai on September 30.The memorial event will be jointly organised by PAWF, Manipur and Manipuri Women Literary & Cultural Organisation, Hojai.
