Assam Rifles organised 'A Day with Company Commander' at its Garrison in Nambol, Bishnupur district bringing together 36 Meira Paibis from Oinam, Heinoubok and Leimaram villages.

The programme began with a Yoga session led by an Assam Rifles instructor, supported by Patanjali Yog Samiti, Manipur, promoting physical fitness and mental well-being.
To enhance preparedness during public emergencies, officials and troops conducted an interactive session on crowd management, emphasising cooperation between Meira Paibis and security forces in maintaining law and order.
