Imphal, August 27 2025: The prize distribution ceremony of "Leibak Ningba Sheireng Changdamnaba" (patriotic poems competition) organised by the Bharatiya Janata Party (B JP), Manipur Pradesh was held today at Thambal Sanglen, Nityaipat Chuthek, Imphal.

The competition was conducted in connection with the "28 th Athoubashing Ningshing Tha" .

Altogether, 73 individuals participated in the competition which was held in two categories- Category A (Class IX-XII) and Category B (Open).

The ceremony was graced by Leishemba Sanajaoba, titular King of Manipur and Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha; and A.Sharda Devi, president, BJP Manipur Pradesh as presidium members.

Presentation of awards to the winners of the competition and recitation of poems by renowned poets were the main highlights of the event.
