Jiribam, July 16 2025: Babu Jagjivan Ram Kala Sanskriti, and Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi has honoured social activist Razia Sultana with the Dr BR Ambedkar National Samrnan Padak National Award, 2024 during the 39th Samarpan Diwas Conference, 2025 heldat Rajendra Bhavan Trust Conference Hall, New Delhi.

The award was handed to Razia Sultana in recognition of her remarkable contribution to the upliftment of the downtrodden people of India.

Razia Sultana who hails from Babupara ward no 7, Jiribam also serves as general secretary of All Jiribam Pangal Women Welfare Association.

The prestigious event was attended by Dr TM Kumar, International Secretary, World Peace Council USA, Dr NS Khoba, National President, BJJRKSSA New Delhi, Gyanchand Gautam, president Lok Jana Shakti Party, Meera Kumari, former Speaker Lok Sabha and various prominent persons as guests of honour.
