JAC revokes case in connection with Sanasam Jackson's death

Imphal, July 15 2025: The Joint Action Committee (JAC) formed in connection with the mysterious death of Sanasam Jackson Singh, son of (L) S Manglem of Haokha Mamang Leikai, has officially decided to revoke the case following an agreement between the deceased's family and the accused centre.

The Haokha Mamang Women's Association in a release stated that, Sanasam Jackson Singh was found dead under suspicious circumstances on June 11, 2025, at a de-addiction centre named "Anouba Etinpham", located at Naral Konjil Mamang Leikai, Imphal West.

His death raised concerns among the public and led to the formation of the JAC to seek justice.

However, following a mutual agreement between family of the deceased and the authorities of the accused centre, the JAC has resolved to withdraw the case, said the association.
