Jiribam, May 15 2026: The Deputy Commissioner Jiribam, Krishna Kumar, chaired a district level NCORD Committee meeting on Thursday reviewing the overall security scenario of the district and security coordination at the office chamber of DC, Jiribam.

The committee further deliberated on the coordinated efforts being taken up to tackle deforestation and to spread anti-drug awareness to the public.

The meeting was attended by senior officials including Prakhar Pandey, Superintendent of Police, Jiribam, CO 87th Bn CRPF, CO 38th Bn AR, COs of Dett Companies deployed in Jiribam district, Deputy CO 7th IRB, ADC, Jiribam & SDO Jiribam, Additional SP Jiribam, Divisional Forest Officer, Jiribam and other DLOs who are members of District NCORD Committee.
