MLA Dr Th Radheshyam inaugurates community hall at Pechi

Thoubal, January 13 2026: Heirok Assembly Constituency MLA Dr Thokchom Radheshyam on Tuesday inaugurated a newly constructed community hall at Pechi under Heirok Assembly Constituency.

The community hall has been constructed under the Local Area Development Fund (LADF) for the year 2023-24 at an estimate of Rs 38 lakh.

The facility is expected to serve as a common platform for social, cultural and community activities of the local residents.

Speaking on the occasion, MLA Dr Radheshyam said the completion and handover of the community hall to the people was possible only with the blessings of the Almighty.

He remarked that he merely served as a messenger of the people and was carrying out his responsibility as a public representative.

The MLA expressed hope that the community hall would be properly utilised and maintained by the people for the collective welfare and development of the area.
