Imphal, December 12 2025: Meitei Huyen Langlon Sintam Sanglen (Satjal Academy), Universal Friendship Organisation (UFO) Thangmeiband Branch celebrated its 20th Raising Day at its premises in Cheiraoching today.

The celebration was attended by UFO secretary general Y Meiraba Angom, social worker Yengkhom Sanjeev, battalion commanders, office bearers of the branch and other members of the organisation.

The event was marked by solemn ceremonies, flag hoisting, paying homage to founder RK Manisana, and promoting cultural preservation, discipline, and peace.

The event also emphasized spiritual and cultural revival through traditional martial arts (Thang-Ta) & community focus.
