Pragjyotishpur University felicitates meritorious students

Thoubal, June 02 2026: Pragjyotishpur University, Guwahati, organised a felicitation programme to honour meritorious students who secured outstanding marks in the recently declared Higher Secondary Examination.

The programme, held at Acme Higher Secondary School, was attended by the school's Principal Yumnam Biren as chief guest; former Adhyaksha of Imphal East and founder of Young Star Dynamic English School Konthoujam Tombi as presidium members.

Speaking on the occasion, Pragjyotishpur University representative Priyadarshini Laishram said that the university established in 2022, has been organising annual felicitation programmes to recognise and encourage students who excel in the Class XII examinations.

She further said that the university is committed to supporting young learners, who will serve as the pillars of the future, by providing quality educational opportunities and helping them pursue their chosen careers and aspirations.
