LIC celebrates 77th Republic Day

Imphal, January 28 2026: Life Insurance Corporation of India, Eastern Zonal Office, marked the 77th Republic Day with fervor and patriotism at its Zonal Office.

Zonal Head JS Tolia paid tribute to the nation's soldiers and freedom fighters, highlighting India's democratic strength.

Emphasizing LIC's vision, Tolia reaffirmed commitment to the 2047 "Viksit Bharat" goal, aiming for India to become a "Great Nation" by its 100th independence anniversary.

He noted LIC's dominant market share despite private competition, attributing it to public trust.

Urging employees to maximize output.

Tolia prioritized Technology, Governance, and Customer Behavior for competitiveness.

He also encouraged employees to view their work as a contribution to a developed India.

Regional Manager SK De and other officials were present on the occasion.
