LMG reaches out to fire victims

Imphal, February 14 2026: The Like Minded Group, Manipur, as part of their continuous humanitarian service to families in distress, provided financial assistance to two families whose homes were destroyed in a fire.

The incident occurred on February 13 at around 7 am in Heingang Awang Leikai, where the homes of Ibochouba and Maikel were completely gutted by fire.

Upon receiving the news, LMG members visited the site today and offered a monetary contribution of Rs 10,000 as community help to share in the families' sorrow.

The aid mission was led by the LMG's secretary Ojit Sorokhaibam and included other members such as treasurer Kunjeshwor Mangsatabam, assistant secretary Surendra Ningomba, members Surjit Ngangomcha, Bihari Waikhom.

Suni Nongthonbam, Joykumar Thokchom, and Boinao Maibam.
