Imphal, February 06 2026: Commemorating the 2nd death anniversary of Pangambam Chaoba Singh, food items and blankets were handed over to the inmates of Senior Citizens' Home (Old Aged Home) at Kongba Nongthombam Leikai today.

Late Chaoba's family also shared a lunch with senior citizens of the old age home and prayed for the wellbeing of the inmates.

Pangabam Chaoba's wife Chakpram Ningol Pangambam Ongbi Devala Devi, his children and siblings along with their families organised the aid and lunch initiative at the Home run by Ima Leimarel Women Welfare Association.

The food items donated include rice, lentils, potatoes etc.

Late Pangambam Chaoba hailed from Yairipok Poiroukhongjin in Imphal East district was the former secretary, Kaina Govindajee Seva Committee.
