Imphal, May 05 2026: The Federal Students' Organisation, Kangleipak (FESOK) has discovered various shortcomings at the Government aided Takhel Sanjenbam High School located at Nongpok Sanjenbam, Imphal East.

A FESOK team led by secretary education and library Ksh Naocha conducted a survey today at the school where roughly 200 students are enrolled.

According to a press release, the team allegedly found no Headmaster and School Management Committee (SMC), owing to which the school is being operated with great difficulty.

The school is also facing shortage of teachers while the boys' washroom is currently in a pathetic condition.

Under these circumstances, FESOK has urged the Zonal Education Officer (ZEO), Imphal East and Education (S) Department to address the shortcomings within 7 days.
