RPF, PLA celebrate 47th raising day

Imphal, September 25 2025: The proscribed RPF and its armed wing PLA today celebrated the PLA's 47th raising day at different places within Manipur and beyond.

According to a press release issued by RPF Deputy Secretary Publicity Roben Khuman, the raising day was celebrated at all units, departments and stations of RPF and PLA.

The 47th raising day of the PLA was also celebrated at different divisions under RTF's Central Bureau together with the local people.

The party's flags, festoons and stars were displayed at these places.

The main features of the raising day celebrations were saluting the party's flag, offering tributes to all the martyrs who had laid down their lives for the cause of the motherland and reading out of RPF Acting President MM Ngouba's message to the people on its foundation day.

The outfit has also prayed that the 47th raising day of the PLA may bring unity among all the communities who have been living together in Manipur since ages and enable them to sacrifice more for the Nation and wrest victory from the adversary.
