Manipur wins NE Red Ribbon Quiz Competition

Imphal, September 22 2025: Ahongshangbam Mukesh Singh and Alison Thoudam of Mother's Pride Academy representing Manipur won the North East Regional Red Ribbon Quiz Competition.

As per a release issued by Manipur State AIDS Control Society (MSACS), the competition held at Gangtok, Sikkim on September 22 was organised by Sikkim State AIDS Control Society under the aegis of National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO).

Eight NE States and West Bengal teams participated in the NE Regional Red Ribbon Quiz competition.

Sikkim, Tripura and Meghalaya won second, third and fourth position respectively.

They received a trophy, certificate and cash prize of Rs 50,000 .

The Manipur team will participate in the National Red Run Quiz Competition hosted by Nagaland State AIDS Control Society on October 31 .
