Imphal, July 21 2025: The Patriots' Day Observance Committee, Manipur has announced the winners of the poetry competition held at Kakwa Youth Club (KYC) community hall at Kakwa Laishram Selungba Leikai yesterday.

In the Class III - V category, Yumlembam Shayolba Luwang, Shamjetsabam Lanleima Devi and Maibam Laija Khuman from SL Arena of Learning bagged the 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.

In the Class VI-VIII category, Hiyaichenba Salam from Savio English Higher Secondary School won the 1st prize; Takhellambam Chanu Yaithoinganbi from Standard Robert Higher Secondary School bagged the 2nd position while Naorem Malemnganbi Chanu (SL Arena of Learning) and Ahenba Soram (Eastern Ideal High School) were declared the 3rd prize winners.

Lastly, in the Class IX-XII category, Bhumika Laishram from Herbert School bagged the 1 st position; Moirangthem Malemnganbi Chanu from Herbert School and Salam Bidiyamani Devi from Xtra Edge School secured the 2nd position and Lucky Laishram from Tamphasana Girls' Higher Secondary School was declared the 3rd prize winner.
