Seminar on 'Rejuvenating Indigenous Wisdom' concludes

Imphal, August 20 2025: A three-day national seminar on "Rejuvenating Indigenous Wisdom: Manipur's IKS under NEP 2020" concluded today at the seminar hall of Ibotombi Institute of Education, Kha Naorem Leikai, Canchipur.

The workshop was organised by the IKS Cell and Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Ibotombi Institute of Education, in collaboration with the College Development Council, Manipur University.

The closing function was graced by dignitaries, including Prof Premlata Maisnam, Dean, School of Education, Manipur University; Dr RK Bijen Singh, Principal, Ibotombi Institute of Education; and Prof Irom Gambhir Singh, HOD, English & Cultural Studies, Manipur University.

At the event, speakers elaborated on IKS spirit, Manipuri soft skills and laws of warfare (Chainarol).

Over 80 individuals participated in the 3-day seminar which featured presentations of 36 papers.
