CCpur, May 15 2025: To address growing concerns regarding the educational development of internally displaced persons (IDPs) residing in various relief centres across Churachandpur town, the district administration, in collaboration with the Young Paite Association (YPA), Dorcas Locality, New Lamka, has established a library to support the learning needs of the displaced community.

The library was formally inaugurated on Thursday in a modest yet meaningful ceremony by Churachandpur deputy commissioner Dharun Kumar.

Other officials in attendance were Sridhar, SDO/BDO of Churachandpur, and Alfred, SDO/BDO of Saikot.

The event saw a large gathering of IDPs and their children currently residing at the Dorcas locality community hall, as well as other local leaders and community members.
