Imphal, December 12 2025: Nagaland continues to make a remarkable impression at the 26th edition of Nagaland Hornbill Festival 2025, with a vibrant showcase of home-grown entrepreneurs representing the state's rich cultural legacy, traditional craftsmanship, and emerging creative industries.

The Hornbill Festival was successfully held from December 1 to 10, 2025 .

LIC, Eastern Zone was the bronze Sponsor of the event.

To enhance tourism experience during the festival, an Aerial Experience helicopter service was also flagged off by Tourism and Higher Education Minister Temjen Imna Along on November 25 at the Lerie helipad in Kohima, said a release.

The Minister also visited the LIC Stall at the festival and interacted with the staff/officials.

Temjen Imna highlighted LIC's contribution in nation building activities and urged every citizen to take LIC policies for their future.

Saumitra Kumar De, Regional Manager, Corporate Communication has also visited the festival and met the local people and highlighted the benefits of Bima Sakhi scheme of agents for women of rural areas.
