Retd Maj RK Jhaljit completes Ironman 70.3, dedicates feat to peace, development in Manipur

Imphal, November 11 2025: Major Rajkumar Jhaljit Singh (retd) successfully completed the Ironman 70.3, one of the world's toughest endurance challenges, and dedicated his feat to peace and development in Manipur.

Participating under the Meitei Alliance initiative - "My Manipur, My Responsibility - Campaign to Build Manipur for Our Next Generation", Major Jhaljit, who is a founding member of the Alliance, aimed to raise awareness about unity, resilience, and hope for Manipur's future, according to a press statement.

On another note, the Meitei Alliance has notified that the last date for registration to participate in the speech competition set to be held on November 24 has been extended until November 15 .
