IRCS Thoubal condoles demise of Prof Jadu Singh

Thoubal, May 11 2026: The Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Thoubal District Branch, has expressed deep condolence over the demise of its patron member Professor Elangbam Jadu Singh, of Wangjing Kodompokpi, retired Principal ofDM College of Science In connection with his demise, members of the IRCS Thoubal branch convened an emergency meeting today and observed a two-minute silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul.

Later, an IRCS Thoubal team led by its secretary Th Rogen, visited the residence of the late professor and paid their last respects.

The team honoured the departed by offering the Red Cross flag and covering the body with the official T-shirt of the patron member.

The members of the society also expressed profound grief and shared the sorrow of the bereaved family members.
