Imphal, October 10 2025: An alumnus of Sainik School Korukonda, Commander JJ Singh, MARCOS, Indian Navy gave an insightful lecture supported by a well-curated slide show presentation that offered a comprehensive overview of the Indian Navy to the cadets of Sainik School Imphal at the Vikram Batra Auditorium.

As per a release issued by Sainik School Imphal (SSI), the presentation covered the Indian Navy's structure, key operations, technological advancements and its role in safeguarding India's maritime interests.

The cadets were captivated by visuals showcasing naval ships, submarines, aircrafts and the rigorous training undertaken by Naval officers.

Commander JJ Singh also highlighted recent humanitarian and disaster relief operations undertaken by the Indian Navy, reflecting its multifaceted role beyond warfare.

The interactive segment saw enthusiastic participation from the cadets.

They posed insightful questions about life in the Indian Navy, the recruitment process and various career paths available.

The Commander shared personal anecdotes and practical insights that further deepened the cadets' interest in the Navy.
