CRPF's Civic Action Programme continues

Imphal, January 07 2026: As part of its continuous efforts to reinforce relations between the Force and the local population, Dett/30 Battalion, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), S Saheibung organised a Civic Action Programme for the year 2025-26 at the location of E/30 Bn, CRPF, Nongshum, U/PS-Sagolmang, Imphal East district on Tuesday.

The programme was conducted under the aegis of the Manipur & Nagaland Sector, CRPF .

During the programme, items such as solar lights and tin sheets were distributed to the people of Nongshum village.

As per a release issued by CRPF, these provisions were intended to assist the needy and support the community welfare.

The programme was attended by Virendra Kumar, Commandant 30 Bn CRPF; Sandeep Kumar Neeraj, 2-I/C; Mahendra Singh, 2-I/C; Ajay Kumar Sharma, AC, 30 Bn CRPF; and K Ibungosi Singh, chairperson, Nongshum village.

The villagers and local authorities of Nongshum village expressed heartfelt gratitude for the welfare initiatives of the CRPF .
