Final electoral roll for Tadubi AC published

The final photo electoral roll for 49-Tadubi (ST) assembly constituency has been published on Monday as per the schedule fixed by the Election Commission of India (ECI) for Special Summary Revision of Photo Electoral Rolls for the By-Election to Tadubi (ST) AC .
District Election Officer (DEO) & Senapati deputy commissioner Mamoni Doley apprised the political parties on activities taken up during revision period and then handed over copies of the final electoral rolls to representatives of the political parties at her office.
The DEO informed that public/electors and representatives of political parties may inspect/verify the final photo electoral rolls-2025 at the offices of the Electoral Registration Officers (EROs)/Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs), booth level officers (BLOs) of 49-Tadubi (ST) AC, or visit CEO Manipur website: https://ceomanipur.nic.in.
She also highlighted that there are 48,682 electors in total with 24,470 male and 24,212 female, along with 981 newly enrolled electors (449 male and 532 female).
A total of 805 are service voters, Mamoni said, adding that names of 55 electors have been deleted during the revision period while 81 polling stations remain the same as no new polling stations were created in the final publication of the electoral roll.
DEO Mamoni Doley then mentioned that an appeal under Section 24 of the Representation of People Act, 1950, can be filed with the DEO/ DC Senapati, and second appeal with the CEO Manipur.

Earlier, the final photo electoral roll for 49-Tadubi (ST) was released at the office of CEO Manipur in Lamphelpat on Monday.
Speaking to newspersons on the occasion, joint CEO Ramananda Nongmeikapam iterated that a meeting with the representatives of national and state political parties was also held, wherein the political parties were apprised of the activities taken up during the revision period.
Further, copies of the electoral rolls have been shared with the representatives of political parties.
EROs will be the competent authority with regard to addition, deletion or correction of electoral roll.
Any appeal in this regard can be made to the district magistrate or the DEO, he conveyed.
