Imphal, November 03 2025: The Meitei Alliance has invited entries (self recorded 3-4 minutes video) from enthusiastic students for the 'Civic Responsibility Speech Competititon'.

As per a release issued by Meitei Alliance, interested individuals may submit a self recorded 3-4 minutes long video on the following topics-"How would you like to see Manipur 15 years from now, by 2040?", "Do you believe civic responsibility plays a vital role in achieving your vision for Manipur? Why?", and "What would you pledge to do for your vision of Manipur 2040?" .

Top 25 participants will be shortlisted based on merit and will receive mentorship.

Top 5 participants based on judge's scores will enter the Final Round.

The video should be submitted at "[email protected]" or "Whatsapp to 9436004820" by Monday (November 10, 2025) .

The video should include the full name, address, school, class and phone number of the participant.

Cash prizes of Rs 15000, Rs 10000 & Rs 5000 will be awarded to the top three winners.
