Kakching, January 29 2026: A one-day awareness programme on "MSME, FSSAI, NGO and Trademark", was held today at Kakching Naodam Bazar Community Hall.

The programme was organised by the JW Consulting and Services, Kakching.

The awareness programme was sponsored by several local business enterprises of Kakching, including Kaksoi, Beikul Oil Pump, Sintha Kakching, Shiroi Ngari, Ima Ipa Mustard Oil and Kakching Food and Beverages, reflecting community support for local entrepreneurship.

The programme was attended by Sub-Registrar of District Cooperative Office Kakching, Thangjam Joychandra Meitei as chief guest; Social Worker Kshetrimayum Kenneday as functional president; and Food Safety Officer, Kakching, Shougaijam Surendro as guest of honour.

During the programme, Manager of JW Consulting and Services, Kakching, Joychandra Waikhom, in his keynote address highlighted the objectives of organising the programme.

Sub Registrar Thangjam Joychandra delivered detailed insights on MSME and the formation of cooperative associations, while Food Safety Officer, Kakching, Shougaijam Surendro spoke on FSSAI Regulations and the registration process, guiding participants on compliance and food safety standards as resource persons.
