Imphal, December 23 2025: Notifying all CMOs/HOOs/MSs/DDOs/POs/MOs ic under the Health Department and Heads of all health institutions including private hospitals, mission hospitals, hospitals run by NGOs andnursing institutions, the Directorate of Health has invited applications from deserving nursing personnel under their jurisdiction for the nomination of National Florence Nightingale Nurses Award for the year 2026.A notification issued by Dr N Hemantakumar Singh, Director, Health Services has informed that the prescribed application form can be downloaded from the official website - www(dot)manipurhealthdirectorate(dot)mn(dot)gov(dot)in.

The duly filled in application form along with the supporting documents should reach the undersigned through the proper channel on or before December 12, 2025 .
