Students of DBS Maram visit Tezpur Military Station under Seemadarshan Tour

Senapati, November 18 2025: As part of the ongoing Seemadarshan Tour under Operation Sadbhavana, 28 students and two teachers from Don Bosco College.

Maram visited Tezpur Military Station on November 17, 2025 .

The visit commenced with a wreath laying ceremony at the Tezpur War Memorial, where the students paid homage to national heroes.

The students later interacted with the Chief of Staff, Gajraj Corps, who briefed them on the Corps responsibilities, organisational structure, training standards, and the challenges of serving in border areas.

The General officer motivated the students to inculcate discipline, dedication and a spirit of service for the nation.

Following the interaction, the team visited Air Force Station Tezpur, where they learned about air operations, aircraft and the role of the Indian Air Force in safeguarding national airspace.

The day concluded with a boating activity at Chitralekha Udyan, providing the students a refreshing and enjoyable end to an enriching and informative day.
