Imphal, May 18 2025: Under the aegis of Manipur State Rural Livelihood Mission (MSRLM), Ebudhou Koiroulakpa VLF in collaboration with Thongju Apunba Women Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited conducted the "Back to School" campaign at Thongju Junior High School on Sunday.

Speaking on the occasion, Binota Loitongbam, State Mission Director, MSRLM said that the Back to School campaign first started in 2018 after an MoU was signed with the National Research Organisation, Kudumbashree, Kerala.

"The campaign is focused on strengthening and providing knowledge to Self Help Groups.

It aims to enhance the knowledge base of SHG members and help them bring about development in their villages", added Binota Loitongbam.

Members of SHGs under Ebudhou Koiroulakpa VLF, SHG members from Jiribam and Machi Block, Pradhan and Members of Thongju GP, officials of MSRLM and leaders of Thongju Apunba Women Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited participated in the campaign.

Bashikhong Zilla Parishad, Member, Chirom Jasowanta; and S Dhanapati, internal mentor (MSRLM) also attended the event.
