CCIAN Forum holds Annual GB Meet

Imphal, January 18 2026: The Annual General Body Meeting of the CCIAN Forum 1996-98 batch was held today at Hana Ching in Heingang, Imphal East district.

The GM meeting discussed various activities carried out by the Forum in the past year and future plans.

The Forum, formed by the 1996-98 batch of CC Higher Secondary School, has provided various assistance to the distressed Meitei/Meetei brothers and sisters affected by the conflict that started on May 3, 2023, and has also pledged to continue working for the welfare of the society and students.

At the meeting, Takhellambam Robinson, secretary of the CCIAN Forum's Executive Committee, highlighted the Forum's achievements, including encouraging students who scored high marks in exams and providing flood relief assistance.

"With the cooperation of all the members of the CCIAN forum, we have been able to encourage the students who have scored high marks in the class X and XII examinations of our CC Higher Secondary School by giving them prizes and awards", he added.

He also thanked members for their cooperation and outlined future plans, emphasizing the importance of keeping- the Forum nonpartisan and focused on its mission.
